overall experience was great. my kids get to explore the area.. the weather was great. my kids had so much fun.

The zoo is huge and has a wide variety of animals, it would be better to buy a zoo train ticket, there are different animals to see at each station, without having to walk on your own, you can feed the birds, ride horses, ride camels, and have a variety of rides to play throughout the day.

This hotel is also very cost-effective. Although it is a bit old, the facilities are well maintained and the hygiene is good. It is definitely suitable for a family to come and play for a few days.

We had a lovely dinner and would definitely recommend it. The food was delicious (the rice could do with more flavour). The only negative point would be how stuffy and hot the venue was. It felt a little uncomfortable being so sweaty and hot whilst trying to enjoy a show.

The room was very clean, the breakfast and dinner buffets were of excellent quality, the staff were courteous, the swimming pool was innovatively designed, and the overall experience was very good!!

always being our favourite hotel ever and ever. great facilities for kids and family. breakfast always delicious. staff are very friendly and helpful. the pool and beach is the best. we love everything here. never disappointed. the best hotel service.
