Phil was very meticulous in ensuring that everyone arrived before departing from Myeongdong Station and Everland. He even contacted us a day prior to remind us about the meetup details and the apps to download. He was also very informative, sharing details about the Everland map and how to navigate around the park. Overall, it was a good experience.

our guide Bomi was very friendly as well as the bus driver. the journey was about one hour from myeongdong, however some of the rides were closed for maintenance, but there is a safari attraction where you can look at animals. quite a bit of walking, we went in at 10.30am and exited at 5.30pm. Can plan a whole day there

Originally, I purchased the transfer + ticket package, but it was canceled due to insufficient participants. So, I bought the tickets and took the subway + bus to Everland on my own. Scanning the QR code for admission was very quick!

In going back to the bus parking lot, make sure to ride the Everland shuttle bus Parking lot 2,4. We had a mistake in taking the shuttle bus going to the bus parking lot, so we went back up again.

Service: This travel experience was amazing. Thank you, Brother Zhang, for your truly excellent service. You were so attentive and considerate. You sent a reminder message the day before, were punctual, and the chartered car experience was 100 points. The driver was so reliable, making the trip fun and worry-free. Thanks for helping with photos. I went on a trip, but was moved by the service!

Super convenient and the guides was wonderful! Special thanks to our English Guide, Bomi, who was so understanding and helpful to guide us to the next meeting point when we alighted at the wrong station and could not get to our initial meeting point on time. I booked for late return at 7pm, but some other people in the same group wanted early return, so we joined the Chinese guide, Junyong back to Myeongdong. Fuss free and easy communication! Next, the Everland park is great on first visit even though some attractions and animals was closed/unavailable due to the winter season. The whole park is huggggeeee and definitely needed the whole day if you want to visit all of the spots! Overall, this was the best tour I booked out of 3 during my trip. 💖
