The tour guide was very attentive and professional. My boyfriend even asked her to help translate when he was buying clothes at the market. 😭

Super close to Unseo Station on the subway, just turn left out of the subway and it's less than 5 minutes away. It's a great hotel choice for late night flights and early morning flights. The rooms are clean and it's close to Lotte Mart and Daiso! If you want to eat the famous 60-Minute Chicken, it's less than a 5-minute walk. The location is excellent for daily life, and you can go to Lotte Supermarket to shop before leaving Korea. Highly recommended!

Sammi is a very good and meticulous tour guide. The itinerary and transportation went smoothly. The luge and feeding seagulls were a lot of fun, it would have been perfect if the weather wasn't cold.

Feeding the seagulls was the most fun 😆. It's a pity the time was too short. Our tour guide, Suki, was great! The time allotted for each stop was well-planned, and she proactively helped us take photos, which was very thoughtful 👍🏻. I had a very enjoyable day trip.

The hotel is super close to the airport, and they even have a morning shuttle bus that goes straight to Incheon Airport—honestly so convenient if you’re catching an early flight! After check-in, they give you a voucher to redeem a drink. I also ordered a cheese-and-ham sandwich, and the cheese was surprisingly amazing. Total pleasant surprise. The location is a huge plus too: there’s an Olive Young, a CU, and a Lotte Mart all within a 5-minute walk. It made last-minute shopping and stocking up before leaving Korea super easy—exactly what I needed!

Regarding this trip, I am very grateful to Klook's Sammi for demonstrating very professional service quality and showing meticulous care for each traveler. The time arrangement in each activity itinerary was appropriate, and the recommended restaurants were unique, allowing travelers to taste the local culinary culture. In addition, during the afternoon's manual luge activity, special attention was paid to our safety measures, allowing travelers to have fun and be safe. The itinerary's explanation of Seoul's attractions and Korean lifestyle gave me more knowledge. Finally, my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this trip. Thank you to tour guide Sammi for her dedication to the travelers and for tirelessly taking pictures of us feeding the seagulls on the boat. I hope to meet such a professional tour guide again when I come to Seoul for tourism and participate in Klook activities next time!

We highly recommend the "airport transit hotel" we chose this time; it's a real blessing for family trips like ours with kids and lots of luggage! It offers a shuttle bus service, making the transfer between the airport and the hotel very easy. No more dragging large bags and changing buses, the overall comfort of the trip is greatly improved, which makes a big difference for parents. Moreover, the hotel's location is very convenient. There are places nearby like Lotte Mart, which are great for buying souvenirs. It's easy to buy food and other necessities. Even DAISO is nearby, as well as various convenience stores. Even if you're only staying one night in transit, you can get all the things you need to restock. If you're planning a simple overnight stay in transit, I think this hotel has a high overall value for the money. It's convenient for transportation, has good living facilities, and is very suitable as a stopover for family travel. It's worth recommending!

Teddy the tour guide is humorous and witty, fluent in multiple languages including Chinese, English, Korean (and maybe Japanese?), and he's great at helping everyone manage their time and scheduling. The atmosphere is also very pleasant! The Inspire venue is luxurious. Riding the bicycles is a little tiring. There are many seagulls and they're very enthusiastic, so don't feed them with your fingers! Watching the tour guide's paper cutting performance at the traditional park is great. The gravity slide car is fun and gives you a great sense of speed!
