Transport in Hat Yai

The arrangement was good. The journey took about 4.5 hours in total from the bus station to the pier (2h), and then from the pier to lipe (1.5) including the time waiting for boat boarding time. We departed around 10:00 AM and reached lipe around 3PM. Overall, the trip was good. We asked how long it would take from a certain point to another, and the driver briefly explained it to us. The condition of the boat and the van was also condusive. There was no waiting time, and everything went smoothly. Thank you so much.

Got the lower bunk, slept like a baby. No electrical outlets below the bunk beds recently, maybe it's due to the flood.

Very nice staff and follow us until we have boarded to the ship. She gave us very clear instruction and answered all our questions. There are 24hrs security service parking available with 100baht per day charges.

Upon arriving at Pak Bara Pier, the driver was already waiting, so I was able to board immediately and head to the airport. The driving was very safe and well-done. It was nice to be able to purchase various necessities at the rest stop we visited before arriving at the airport.

This service managed by the Hi Lipe team was very well run. Everybody we met at the different touch points were very helpful and timely reminders and assistance were always offered even without asking. We also recommend booking the boat to Ko Lipe with them as they made the whole journey very seamless.
