we booked for a tour for next day and booked night before and we were accommodated by the agency, the guide was nice though he didnt cover all of the locations in the tour, but he took us to another palace. overall, the tour was good and we were only a small group of 4 pax

An absolutely outstanding hot air ballooning experience in Marrakech. I highly highly recommend booking this through Klook. The vendor associated with Klook was exceptional and the service was truly impeccable. Everything was managed very professionally, from hotel pickup to transfers, the flight itself, food, and drop-off. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and completely stress-free. The balloon was extremely well managed and felt very safe throughout. views were spectacular and honestly unforgettable, especially seeing the landscape from above at sunrise. Every detail felt thoughtfully planned, which really elevated the experience. I recommend opting for the photography and videography package. The drone shots and video coverage are excellent and add so much value, capturing moments you simply cannot get on your own. a premium experience from start to finish, and booking it through Klook was absolutely right choice. The drivers/pilots came early to pick us up. and we arrived at a Women’s Cooperative, where we were served tea, Berber Bread and assortments of olive, honey, almond butter and vinegar. They then had to go and pilot other people for Paragliding so my friend and I had to wait. I wish they informed us of the time and period of when we will be picked up for Paragliding as we waited for them to come back for about an hour. HOWEVER!!! Hakim and Charaf were such professionals! They were so good at making sure we are safe and happy. They explained areas while up in the air and made sure we are having fun! it was a great experience! Morocco is beautiful and it’s even more beautiful up in the air ❤️I’d definitely recommend this activity if you’re in Morocco!

stunning views! our tour guide hassan was very good. it’s cold in the winter tho especially at night in the desert but worth it anyway :)

The overall itinerary is well-organized and includes breakfast and dinner. Lunch is a buffet-style group meal, and the hotel has a swimming pool. The desert hotel is surprisingly nice and even has showers, and the night sky is incredibly beautiful. The camel riding experience is great; you ride camels to and from the desert.

We are husband and wife and are happy with the car and driver. car is nice and comfortable. Driver is polite and helpful. He is always punctual to pick us up and make sure everything is in order. First night in Chefchuaen, Casa Blue Star, is average, room is OK and comfortable, but food quality in dinner and breakfast is not very good. We were asked to pay for entrance fees for attractions included in the itinerary. We don’t think we have to pay as they are not listed on the not included items which only apply for personal expenses, lunch, tips and gratuities. Please clarify this and get back to us. We arrived in Fes tonight, accommodation and dinner are good so far. We are looking forward to the rest of the journey.

my partner and I had a wonderful experience in our trip. the trip was very organized and our guide Mr Oussama is the best one we had. He was very patient and provide us with a lot of info about our trip and attractions. The accomdations also were fantastic, Riads are the best and we cant complain about the services and food.. Thank you for keeping us safe throughtout our trip. well definitely recommend this tour to my friends back home.

I've been emailed the tour company a few times and they responded very quickly and I got the info I needed. We requested for twin bed room for the whole trip at a quite short notice so I didn't expect much but we got our twin bed room all the way the whole tour! really appreciated that. Our driver/tour guide Moustapha is friendly and funny. We learnt a lot about Moroccan culture from him. Highly recommend My Morocco Tours.

This quad and camel ride in Marrakech was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The quad biking was thrilling powerful bikes, well-maintained equipment, and just the right balance of speed and adventure as we rode through the desert landscapes and palm groves. The guides were professional, friendly, and made safety a priority while still keeping the experience exciting. The camel ride was the perfect contrastpeaceful, authentic, and a great way to take in the beauty of the surroundings. Dressing in traditional attire and riding at sunset made it feel truly special. Transportation was smooth and on time, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. If you’re in Marrakech and looking for an unforgettable experience that combines adrenaline, culture, and stunning scenery, this quad and camel ride is a mustdo. Highly recommended!
