The hotel room details were incredibly thoughtful, with charging ports by the bed and complimentary tea and bottled water. The room was clean and comfortable, and the sanitation was impeccable. Upon entering the hotel, we were immediately drawn to the comfortable, spacious, and fragrant lobby. Jane, the first person to greet us, was friendly and attentive. Knowing that we were celebrating my husband's birthday, she immediately arranged birthday decorations and a small cake for us and upgraded us to a Macau view room. Additionally, because there was a water test being conducted on the hotel's exterior, the sound of dripping water outside the window prevented us from sleeping well, so we went to the lobby to inquire if earplugs were available. An employee, Mr. Gareth Lin, was very considerate and gave us his own personally purchased two pairs of earplugs and offered to change our room. Mr. Lin accompanied us throughout the room inspection process until he confirmed that we were no longer disturbed by the noise before returning to the lobby to work. This stay was very pleasant and comfortable, and we will definitely choose to stay at your hotel again next time we visit Zhuhai! Overall, it's very clean and the facilities are new. The buffet breakfast is plentiful, and there are plenty of staff. I felt happy swimming and looking at the Macau Tower. The Crabtree shower gel and shampoo smell great, I like them very much 💕. I should stay here again for the Macau Fireworks Festival 🥰.

Convenient parking, interesting playhouse area and ice playground. Great time for kids. Extra points for hotel breakfast, a huge variety of food choices. Highly recommended for family with kids.

I checked in very late, but the staff was still attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, and they even arranged a late check-out. The breakfast was excellent. Overall, a very satisfying trip. It's a shame the weather wasn't great these past two days. I'll have to come back in the fall or winter to fully experience the resort atmosphere.
