Ms Felicity is very good in explaining that makes it easier for us to understand and appreciate the history of South and North korea. She also gives good and clear instructions as to where and what good spots to go. Kudos to her. Good job. Kamsahamnida.

Participated in this tour on Valentine's Day, February 14th. Our tour guide, Zoey, was very enthusiastic and attentive throughout the whole trip, guiding us wonderfully. The gathering, explanations on the bus, and on-site tours were all done very well, making us feel at ease. She speaks both Chinese and English fluently. Kudos to tour guide Zoey and driver Brother Li. We felt their warmth when we said goodbye at the drop-off point. This tour included Eobi Fish Stream Valley, the extra bonus Alpaca World, Petite France, Nami Island, and The Garden of Morning Calm. It was a fulfilling experience, and every attraction was worth visiting. We took lots of beautiful photos and made precious memories. The value for the price is amazing! It was a fantastic travel experience. Next time I bring my family to Korea, I will definitely book another Klook tour!

Very fun and entertaining trip to eobi ice valley, alpaca world, NAMI island, and garden of morning calm. Our tour guide Alex is very handsome and very helpful and made sure we were all on time for all the activities while providing helpful recommendations about the places and where to eat in Seoul. Excellent. The guide is very knowledgeable. There are many tour packages to choose from. The place is worth visiting. Travel is convenient because it's with a tour. A worthwhile experience to go on at least once on a trip to Korea. Hopefully, I can return to Panmunjom on the day it reopens.

Winter season at Everland, on a thursday. Was there early we’re the firsts on line waiting by the entrance. Trip includes Qpass to Panda World. Not too many tourists on the day we were there so lines are not chaotic. Many attractions and stores closed due to winter; check their app. Tour guide was nice and speaks english, chinese, and korean.

We went to the Henan branch because AQUAFIELD Henan has SMOB Sports Monster. After the teenagers played at Sports Monster for three hours, our family went to the Korean spa together. It was our first time at a Korean spa, so it was very new to us. When we were at a loss, the staff explained everything very kindly, which helped us not to panic. The facilities in the Korean spa were great and the place was large, including various different sauna rooms, as well as baths, foot baths, and of course, shower rooms. The shoe and locker space arrangements were also very good. After purchasing the ticket, we immediately received a voucher and could enter by scanning the QR code at the entrance. The ticket had a number on it, which was the number for the locker and shoe cabinet. The locker key was like a charge card, and all consumption in the Korean spa (eating, massage chairs, playing arcade games) could be charged to the key fob. You have to pay before leaving in order to retrieve your shoes from the shoe cabinet.

My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful time skiing here! It was my first time skiing and I honestly loved it way more than I expected. Our guide, Windsor, was super friendly and really helpful, especially with giving clear instructions throughout the experience. The ski equipment and suit were also really comfortable and well prepared. Overall, it was such a fun and memorable experience!! I definitely want to come back and go skiing here again! ⛷️❄️😋
