Rent a car with Europcar

Long-time Europcar user but first time renting from KL Sentral. Super friendly staff, guided me through all the car settings like how to connect it to CarPlay. Appreciate the extra rental extension as I had unexpected issues at the last minute. Would highly recommend!

Pickup was seamless, do note the counter opens at 9am so if arriving early just text the number given. Same goes for drop off. The car itself was pretty old, perhaps 10-12 years, no reverse cam and AC not cold. Sweating in Kundasang if not for rain... else they are pretty responsive, replaced the faulty child seat immediately (thankfully realized when still in town). Paid a decent price, so not expecting premium, but overall car could be better. Actually going to rate 4 stars. not perfect but I feel generous today.

Easy pick up and fast process. Counter did highlight the different insurance options in great details. Return is also very smooth and customer service is reachable via whatsapp
