Rent a car with Europcar

Pickup was seamless, do note the counter opens at 9am so if arriving early just text the number given. Same goes for drop off. The car itself was pretty old, perhaps 10-12 years, no reverse cam and AC not cold. Sweating in Kundasang if not for rain... else they are pretty responsive, replaced the faulty child seat immediately (thankfully realized when still in town). Paid a decent price, so not expecting premium, but overall car could be better. Actually going to rate 4 stars. not perfect but I feel generous today.

Easy pick up and fast process. Counter did highlight the different insurance options in great details. Return is also very smooth and customer service is reachable via whatsapp

First time using klook to rent a car in Kota Kinabalu. Upon arrival, I gave them a call to ask for directions to their counter. They were very helpful. The registration was easy and they took a RM1,000 credit card deposit which was cancelled after that. They did a before and after inspection. Car was clean, fuel was full (so you hv to run the car with maxed fuel too). Overall it was easy to pick up and drop off the SUV. We took the Nissan XTrail which was ideal for driving in KK. Very happy and will use them again.

the car is in good conditions externally and internally, but mechanically, still heard some screeching sound when stepping on break, already feedback to agent, other than that all good..

car in good condition, car collection and return process is smooth and efficient. very good customer experience. except one small thing, the car collected petrol not full, is at 75% and when return need to ensure fuel the same level. we return the car full tank petrol.

Everything went smoothly from the pickup till the dropoff. The staffs werw friendly and informative too. No hidden charges as well. Will definitely book from them again next time.
