Picking and dropping off the car was smooth and easy, the car provided was also new and smart :) made my journey around the gold coast an amazing one! Klook could have explained to me about the pick up location discrepancy in a better way as the address on the voucher was different from what I have booked and the initial confirmation.

Upon reaching the car rental counter at Brisbane international airport, there was a notice that said that we have to take our luggages, board a bus to the domestic terminal to collect the car. It’s was inconvenient particularly when we just had a red eye flight. At the car rental counter, the lady at Europcar told me the car that I reserved is no longer available and assigned me a smaller car. Only upon asking her to check, did she realise that the car that I pre-booked was in an envelope. Wish that she could be more thorough and not just go through motion.
