Initially, I thought this company was excellent because they quickly sent the driver's information after I booked. If there was a driver change, I could see it in the backend. However, before arriving in Rome, I was in Singapore and received a text message from a driver confirming the time. At that moment, I didn't realize I had been assigned a third driver, as this wasn't reflected in the backend. I replied that I understood. When I arrived at the airport, I didn't see him. It took about 30 minutes to get my luggage and exit at Rome airport, but still no driver. At the last minute, I noticed that the phone number in the driver's text message was different from the information in the backend. I had to make a roaming call to him. He told me the car could only park there for 20 minutes. Honestly, I'm glad he was responsible enough to text me the day before; otherwise, I wouldn't have known about the driver change, and even if I wanted to spend money on a roaming call, I wouldn't have been able to reach anyone. So, I canceled my return booking with the same company today because I'm worried that if my return trip is on a weekend, it would be terrifying if I couldn't find a driver.
