According to the Chinese description of the product, you will receive a download link 6hrs after purchase. I have not received it since I purchased it on 7/17 (7/24)... There is no response to the email from the product provider.

It’s really a crappy thing. It’s just something people from Mainland China randomly look up. It’s much better than what’s on Google. Basically, searching on Google is much better than this. Don’t waste your money on this kind of thing.
After ordering, I received the link to the audio guide within one day and can actually start listening. So far it has not expired.
Haven't had time to use it yet because I arrived late so visiting time is over. I have to go to other locations. They hope to have another chance next time
