- All ages can be available, but children under 13 years old cannot ride alone
- Infants under 24 months can board for free, and the age verification process will be conducted before boarding
- Fish feeding experience can be paid on site (cash/card available
- Safety training is included in all activities
- In Package options, Refund/Replacement is not possible if you use even one. (Partial cancellation is impossible.)
- If there are many reservations at once, there may be some changes in boarding time at the site
- Capacity of Penguin semi-submarine is 11 people, so if you make a reservation for more than 6 people, only your team can board one semi-submarine. (Not available during the peak season)
- Reservations for January and February may change frequently due to local weather conditions (It can be operated about 10 days of the month during the winter season)
- Penguin Semi-submarine boat can reserve one person, but minimum number of proceeding is 2 people. In this case, you may board with other team. (If there's any other team at the same time, one person cannot proceed the experience.)
Reviews
This was not fun at all. We barely left the shore, and the boat itself was weird. It kept circling around which made us feel nauseous. The fish were thrown food which made them come near the boat and that is what we see. The glass is dirty and blurry so you can't see much. Mostly small shallow water fish. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
It's a bit dizzy after entering the bottom of the boat, but you can see the fish up close, which is a great experience! Comparing the two activities, I personally prefer kayaking. Although it is physically demanding, it is very interesting♡♡
It rained heavily, the water was filthy, and there was nothing to see. ． The boatman dropped some toads to attract some larvae to swim in. Went into the cold cabin, soaking wet, and stayed there for 30 minutes before heading back in the rain. It is not suitable to participate if it is raining
The whole activity was very interesting, and the staff were kind and friendly. The only pity was that the experience time was shorter than expected. Although the experience time shown on the website has been referenced, if the experience time could be increased, this itinerary would be perfect.
I was a little worried that it would be cancelled because the weather didn't seem very good that day. Fortunately, when we arrived, the weather was fine and we could still go boating, haha! I was very happy and satisfied, and the brothers could also communicate in simple English.
The employees are very friendly and will pay special attention to our situation during the ride. We will feed the fish together to attract the fish. You can see many fish swimming leisurely in the submarine, which is a very interesting experience. But, you really need to take seasickness medicine~
It's a very worthwhile trip. The panoramic glass view under the boat is very good and beautiful. Then there is no time limit for transparent rowing, so you can play for as long as you want.
Would have been better if the boat goes out to deeper water, the glass on the submarine was also dull and needed cleaning
It is really a semi-submarine with only a small space for everyone to hang out and watch the fish through the glass window. You can also feed the fish. The captain is very talkative.
