Transfer from Hotels to Citadel Outlets and LAX Airport Drop-Off

First, the good stuff. The contact prior to the trip was good. It was an on time hotel pickup and we made it to the airport on time. It goes a little downhill from there. I was aware of Karmel from my time in the travel industry so at the price we expected a slightly better than average service. Both of our drivers didn't seem interested in communicating and that's fine, their choice. The shuttles aren't signwritten as Karmel vehicles so you need to check. But the biggest problem was that there was no information on when or where to meet for the return. If English isn't your first language it might prove more difficult. The Citadel sort of helped, but really we felt there was a disconnect between the two parts. The Citadel lounge was lovely. The shopping mall was clean and tidy. The convenience of having bags stored was great. Overall the experience proved to be an expensive but convenient way to spend the last day with a late flight.
