amazing tour. very beautiful place in the desert mountains. the guide ibrahim was amazing. super nice and polite. spoke several languages fluent and had huge knowledge about stars and astrology. the sunset while walking a scenic mountain viewpoint was almost unreal. the photographer made a great job during the whole trip. the dinner was good as well. only downer was the driver on the way back - made the same joke 200 times and tried to make a party at the jeep while everyone was tired. get sure to be in good shape for this trip, as some bumpy Jeep ride and some hill climbing should be okay for you.
Definitely would recommend this to anybody who wants to experience something new. Being out in the desert gives you a view of the stars unlike anything you've ever seen and you also get to see how the bedouin people live. Arabi was a fantastic guide walking us through everything from the bedouin to the constellations, all while keeping everyone engaged and keeping it fun. Everything in the itinerary was covered as promised. One remark is that the drive is a bit tedious (approx 2.5 hours each way) so if you're not able to take bumpy roads for a couple hours wouldn't suggest this. However can't complain overall and it was a highlight of my trip to egypt.
It's a great experience. The whole trip is a jeep that takes you to the hotel and then into the desert. When you arrive at the Bedouin settlement, you can choose whether to take an extra camel ride to take pictures. Then you have to climb for about 10 minutes to the top of the sand pile and wait. When the time comes, you can watch the sunset in the desert. When you get down, you will wait for food. After it gets completely dark, you will start stargazing. The tour guide will introduce the constellations and stars. It is great. The magnificence of the desert is a must. You must go and experience it! The staff were very nice throughout the entire process, and the communication before the trip was also very clear👍👍👍
Amazing trip!Jjeep ride was fun and bumpy. Bedminster village offered great entertainment, beautiful sunset, good food and unforgettable learning about stars, milky way and gazing at the stars!! Forgot the name of the guide I think Ibrahim, he was really good.
A truly wonderful trip that I would highly recommend to anyone with an adventurous spirit and good English skills. Those who don't understand English should think twice, although it's still an option if you're just looking for something new. Our guide, Alabi, was extremely dedicated and humorous, always cracking jokes. His explanations of the constellations were also very thorough. The camel ride was great value for money. You can ride horses at your own expense, and the sunset horseback ride is well worth it. Incredibly romantic and highly recommended.
The guide was friendly, and the itinerary was reasonably good. During the stargazing after sunset, there were surprisingly many stars in the night sky, and it was very interesting as the guide pointed out directions with a laser. Overall, I was satisfied with everything, but at the end, when returning to the accommodation in the pickup vehicle, the guide and the driver argued loudly in Arabic that I couldn't understand, and the guide got off the vehicle alone without saying goodbye. We who were left behind were bewildered and uneasy about what was happening, but fortunately, the driver took us to the accommodation safely. It was a good guide, but the ending was disappointing.
Our stargazing trip in Egypt was unforgettable. Our guide, Alabi, was incredibly professional, leading us through a stunning sunset and a fun camel trek. We gained deep insights into the Bedouin lifestyle and their resilience in the desert. The highlight was Alabi’s expert astronomy session; we explored the movements of Saturn and Jupiter while uncovering the mysteries of the Zodiac. It was a perfect blend of culture and cosmos! 導遊: 行程安排: 風景:
Excellent and impressive trip! Excellent itinerary that included quite many activities, i.e., camel riding, short hike for sunset, star seeing. Staff were very nice and tried their best to improve our experience (although some of them could only speak Arabic). Tour guide Adam is humorous and he tried to teach us how to identify the stars like the North Star, star signs (although we really need some imagination haha), and the seasonal stars. Really informative! The cameraman was very nice and patient, taking photos of us and suggesting different postures. The communication was funny because he didn't speak much English. Just a little downside, the pick-up was in a slight mess and the travel was quite a long trip and a bit tough for people with motion sickness, especially the path in the desert with the jeep car. But during the trip, our funny driver would make strange sounds suddenly to make the boring trip a little more lively. Also, the telescope was not very focused or clear enough to see the images of Venus and Saturn, we could barely see a light spot from it. However, the whole picture of the sky full of stars and even the galaxy that could be seen with bare eyes was impressive enough. On top of that, there was insufficient lighting, like the toilet was a little too dark at night and we needed our torch from our phone to see. However, all these would have made little impact on the overall very great experience of the activities. To sum up, a veryvery good experience of the trip. I would say a MUST-GO trip in Hurghada!
The most unforgettable experience, enjoy the sunset with the lovely and pure kids in the village, also the nightsky with numerous stars.
The value for money is insane... You definitely have to do this. Naser really has professional knowledge about the stars, and the tour staff are so friendly. They don't force tips, and the pickup service is free. It's the best tour in Egypt.
