staff were amazing and very helpful. Only feedback I have is more clear information on the availability of private transport option from main land and open the options to show how many dives you do daily as we would have stayed another night had we known how easy getting to and from the island was with private transport

The activity was very poor, the dive shop was a black marketeer, the Klook order stated the gathering time was 05:45, when I arrived at the shop, the dive shop was not open yet, I saw someone sitting on the balcony above the dive shop to bask in the sun, it must be the dive shop owner, I called him down to ask, he said they would start diving at 08:30, asked me to go back to the shop at 07:45, but when I went back to the shop at 07:45, the clerk told me that the boat was full and I couldn't dive, I paid for the diving activity a month and a half ago, shouldn't they have reserved a seat for me after I paid? ! The clerk said that he sent me an email for a trial at 2pm the day before. I opened my email at 1pm, and didn't check it because there was no new email. It was not until I got up at 4am to prepare for diving that I found the email and replied, but no one had replied. The clerk also said that when I registered with klook, I filled in the information in Chinese, and he couldn't understand it, so he wouldn't pay attention to me. I said I came here to dive, and you didn't let me dive, which wasted my trip. I would go back after today. He said that I would wait for his boss to come back in an hour and tell him that I had waited from 05:45 to 07:40, waiting for two hours, and he wanted me to wait for another hour, and the diving boat had left by then! What else are you diving for? ! I didn't wait and went back to ask Klook for a refund and complained to the black dive shop. But after two days, Klook still hasn't replied to me whether I can get a refund.
