  • This offer is only applicable to Mastercard® cardholders and settled by Mastercard.
  • Customer should present the e-Ticket with QR code for the bus ride.
  • Each person (including adult and child aged 3 years old and or above) needs to present the e-ticket to the staff on the bus once on board.
  • Our staff has the right to request the presence of your ticket with the Mastercard card used to purchase the ticket. Lap Kei Travel & Development Agency Limited reserve the right to refuse any tickets presented without the Mastercard card used to make the purchase.
  • The ticket entitles you to get on and off at your preferred point as many times as possible within the ticket designated date.
  • Change, refund and cancellation of tickets are not allowed.
  • The operator reserves the right to make adjustments to the bus timing.
  • Eating, drinking & smoking are not allowed on the bus.
  • In case of bus failures or adverse conditions, coaches will be substituted to continue the journey without further notice.
  • If the seats are fully occupied, please take the next bus.
  • Should there be any disputes, Lap Kei Travel & Development Agency Limited reserves the right of final decision.
  • Lap Kei Travel & Development Agency Limited reserves the right to deviate from the route of a service in the event of marches, parades or where reasonably prudent to do so in the light of circumstances beyond our control.
  • Please take care of all personal property. Any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential loss is your own liability.
