- By train: 20 minutes walk from Rifu Station on the JR Tohoku Main Line
- By bus: From the JR Tohoku Main Line "Rifu Station" bus stop, take the Iwate Kenkoku Bus bound for "Aeon Mall Shin-Rifu Minamikan" (about 7 minutes)
- By bus: From the 5-2 platform of Izumi Chuo Station on the Subway Namboku Line, take the Miyagi Kotsu train bound for AEON Mall Shinrifu South Building (approx. 45 minutes)
- *The Izumi Chuo Station route only operates on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
