What to expect
If you visit Chiang Mai, you should not miss one of the most adventurous activities in fertile nature at Skyline Jungle Luge. You can enjoy Luge on the longest route in Thailand for about 2,100 meters in a forest conservation village, at Pa Pan Village, Doi Saket District, Chiang Mai Province. Luge, the world class ride, is popular in many countries. Originated in New Zealand, it is the ride driven with gravity. Normally, Luge’s speed is controlled by pulling a handle, but luges of Skyline Jungle Luge are specially designed with recognition of safety of players. We develop a new luge to be suitable with road spaces where this ride is played with 3 points of disk brake that players can stop it from the handle.

Reviews
Great location high up in the mountains, mesmerising views, wonderful guides / staffs, and a thrilling experience 💯! We took the extreme package with transport & lunch. It was more than worth it and would love to come back again soon.
First time to challenge the zipline! Choose the 0700 session (it is highly recommended to choose the early session! There are few people). The driver drove a nine-person minibus to arrive in advance. The journey takes about an hour and a half. There will be no toilets in the middle and the mountain road is very winding. Please remember to go to the toilet and take motion sickness medicine in advance. After arriving at the facility, there will be lockers to put things and small bags (with a bottle of water + biscuits) will be issued. Mobile phones can also be placed in the small bag! The small bag is very firmly glued! Today's coaches are Max and Kimi. Max can speak Chinese and explain in detail. Kimi is very good at the difficult move of handstand zipline. I want to learn but can't learn it 😂 There are 38 ziplines in total. At the beginning, you will carry your equipment and walk a section of the mountain road before starting the zipline. There will be a toilet station in the middle of the zipline. There is also a rappelling session in the process, which is very exciting. I heard that there will be more rappelling points later. I look forward to sharing with subsequent tourists 😉 The coach will also help take pictures during the process. I like the ingenuity of using leaves to dig out hearts for photos! The last stop of the zipline can be done in the Superman style, which is really great👍 After the zipline, you can swing immediately. The scenery is really beautiful and you can enjoy it slowly! The last is the go-kart, which is a sprint down all the way, but you can't race because it will be very dangerous😂 The turning point is also a test of skills. See if the driver can turn into Initial D and enter the road! After the go-kart, the driver will wait for us at the terminal and take us directly to the restaurant, so after the swing is finished and the personal belongings are taken, you have to take pictures of the sign quickly, because you will not return to the reception after the go-kart. I didn't know it at first, so I didn't take pictures of the sign. The restaurant is still ten minutes away. The restaurant has a beautiful view. It is recommended to eat by the balcony for a good atmosphere. The meal is buffet style. The curry chicken is delicious, but I dare not eat too much when I think of the winding road on the way back. The counter is very considerate and has prepared motion sickness medicine. If you need it, you can ask. The overall experience is 100 points, because there is nothing you can do about the winding roads in the mountains. Thank you coaches MAX and KIMI! Thank you driver MAX (DOUBLE MAX) for serving us. We are so lucky. I will come back to play again when I come to Chiang Mai.
The pick-up is very punctual. Please abide by the pick-up time and wait at the hotel entrance. We need to pick up 11 people that day. Don't let the driver wait and delay everyone's time. The Thai driver is very skilled. You will feel a little carsick on the mountain road. Please take motion sickness medicine first. Don't eat breakfast if you are afraid of vomiting. The coach is humorous and can speak some Chinese. It's very fun, not as scary as imagined. Think of yourself as a flying bird. You will be given a souvenir photo. The fee for taking photos on the same day is 400 baht, which is very worthwhile. The coaches are very good at taking photos and recording. You can play with the swings and scooters or not. After the end, you will have lunch in the attached restaurant. The lunch is also very rich, but remember not to eat too much. It is easy to get carsick on the mountain road on the way back. The driver will pick you up to the original hotel. It is a great trip.
We had an amazing time at Skyline Jungle Luge Adventure in Chiang Mai! The staff were super kind, especially to our son, and made us feel safe the whole time. The ziplines were epic—especially the longest one, which totally blew us away! The swing was just okay, but karting down the mountain was so much fun. The tasty food was the cherry on top. Huge thanks to the staff for making it such a fun and memorable day. We loved every moment!
Gave 4 stars for value for money as it wasn't very cheap, but we definitely enjoyed the trip! It was a long and bumpy drive to the site but worth it for the amazing views and super fun zip lines! Not very recommended for kids though as the super long and high ziplines could be daunting for kids younger than 12, although they do have kid-sized harnesses and helmets. My kids bailed so we wasted money on their tickets. I recommend getting their photo package they took really nice pics for us!
All of our cars are tourists from Taiwan and China, and we directly arrange coaches who are fluent in Chinese. The coaches are very good, humorous but professional, from the safety equipment to the check of each zipline before sliding, the children also had a great time! You can purchase an additional photographer to take pictures on the spot. It is recommended to purchase additional purchases, because it is really difficult to take pictures during the journey😅 In addition, it is recommended to buy a combination with a go-kart. The go-kart is really exciting! ! By the way, the lunch at the end of the trip was amazing! The driver will take everyone to their exclusive restaurant. The view of the restaurant is super good, and it is at the level of an online beauty restaurant! The buffet dishes are also very rich and the overall activity is very valuable 👍🏻👍🏻
Participated in the afternoon group, the hotel pick-up departed on time at 13:00. It took about half an hour to pick up other group members. A group of 7 people was picked up by a 10-seater minibus, and they all sat comfortably during the journey. The drive is about 1.5 hours too. After getting out of the car, there are storage boxes to lock personal items. After putting on the seat belt and helmet, the coach will give an explanation, and then take the jeep to the starting point of the mountain. During the whole activity, the coach fastened the seat belt to the steel cable, and the two coaches led seven group members, so I felt very safe. The coach will chat with the group members halfway, so you won't be afraid of boredom. Coming to the last longest steel cable, two of the group members can play this section with the coach, flying with their backs to the sky, like Superman 🦸 is the most fun. Buffet dinner was included on the way back. Not a lot of choice but the food was all good. Back to the hotel at about 20:00. It is recommended to wear a duckbill cap and a helmet to take pictures, otherwise it will be better to wear the disposable shower cap they provide. It is also suggested that if you want to take pictures with your phone, remember to bring a neck strap to prevent the phone from flying out of your trouser pocket. At the beginning of the zipline, there are mosquitoes in the jungle. It is recommended to wear long-sleeved clothes and use mosquito repellent. Each group member will distribute a small oblique bag with a bottle of water and a packet of cake to replenish water and energy. Don’t miss this zipline event in Chiang Mai!
Participated in the event on 1/26, and the staff leading us were Cityman and Wan, who were very professional and kind. They ensured safety before each departure, knew some Chinese, and were humorous, making it a great event experience. For lunch, we went to a beautiful restaurant and enjoyed a delicious meal. The driver who picked us up for the return trip had excellent driving skills and carefully confirmed our drop-off location. The entire team was outstanding. The go-kart slopes during the itinerary were very steep, which was a bit scary. People without driving experience should be careful.
professional staff, they checked the gear everytime to make sure safety and make us feel safe, highly recommend to do the photography service, it worths
They will pick you up at your hotel, but because they pick you up one by one, you may arrive after the scheduled time. We waited for 15 minutes for the last group. After arriving, there will be explanations and demonstrations. There will be staff checking the equipment, and not just once, which is very professional. Then we started ziplining. We started with the simplest one so you can get used to it slowly, and then the longest one. It was a great experience. The coaches were very good. There were 4 members in our group who were all 65 Years old but very safe. There is an additional charge for asking the instructor to take photos.
