- If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or related warning information is hoisted by the Observatory during the workshop session, the relevant screening session will continue.
- The event may be filmed and videotaped for live broadcast, recording and promotional purposes.
