It was a luxurious experience from start to finish, with great food, a wonderful pool, and excellent amenities - totally worth it and I'd definitely do it again!
It went according to plan, so I had a comfortable trip. The speedboat was brand new, and the resort was also relatively new, so it was great. I had more than 5 mojitos, ate until I was full, and rested. I want to go again next time.
Very disappointing experience. I booked this Day Pass through Klook, but Club Med Finolhu informed me that they have not offered Day Passes since the beginning of 2025 and therefore could not honor the reservation. I contacted Klook support more than 24 hours before the activity date, but did not receive a timely resolution. There appears to be a communication issue between Klook and the service provider. Travelers should reconfirm directly with the resort before booking.
