What to expect
- The safety and dining satisfaction of our guests are our utmost priorities. We have always been committed to serving premium oysters sourced exclusively from the United States. However, in light of recent food safety concerns regarding oysters, and in adherence to our stringent safety standards, the hotel has decided to suspend the service of all raw oysters with immediate effect.
- During this period, our culinary team will dedicate their expertise to curating a rotating selection of exquisite cooked oyster dishes. We look forward to presenting these creations to you as a token of our appreciation for your continued patronage.

The Roasted Seafood on Shell Platter presents an abundant array of premium shell-on seafood, expertly roasted to draw out its natural sweetness and delicate aroma.
