Cebu to Camotes Island Ferry (via Liloan port)

The AC was damaged during my trip but sitting outside was comfortable and the crew was really accomodating.

The ferry was an hour late. and it was pretty slow

unlike the return trip the qr ticket worked fine at the terminal unlike the return journey

I bought a round-trip ferry ticket from Cebu to Camotes on August 6th, but I couldn't cancel within 24 hours, so I didn't get a refund. I understand that I can't receive it because the departure is 24 hours before, but since the return from Camotes to Cebu is after 24 hours, shouldn't I receive a 75% refund according to the refund policy? The response from the online counseling center is too late, which is inconvenient.

Overall it was a good experience. We were able to rest well while going home to Cebu. I recommend this trip.

It was a good trip but the aircon was not working.

I couldn't board the ship because it left an hour earlier than scheduled. I requested a refund, but still no response. How can I compensate for my schedule being messed up and me not being able to go to the island?

It was a terrible experience. I made a reservation through Klook, but I couldn’t take the ship because there weren’t any seats available. The officers at Pier 88 were terrible. They didn’t explain the problem, and when I tried to ask them about it, they just said "just a minute, later" and then left. I don’t know where they went. So I just waited for the next ship until 6 pm. I wasted my time and was extremely disappointed with their service. Most of us at the port couldn’t get any information about it. I think Klook should come up with another solution for this issue.
