My son attended his first muay thai class and he loves it. The staff are very friendly and the teaching was very detailed and professional. You can park at makro which is 5 mins from the gym. Highly recommended.

Trainers were friendly and supportive. They will push you to do your best! did warm ups and teaches us the proper technic of muay thai with a short sparring session. recommend to come with friends and family to try out. Great experience.

They said reservations were possible on Sundays, but they're closed on Sundays! However, there are three coaches, so I was able to work out with a 1-hour private session on the same day. They teach according to your level of difficulty. There's no air conditioning, but there are several fans, so it's cool. The hour was jam-packed with jump rope, stretching, learning techniques, hitting mitts, sparring, abdominal exercises, and stretching again. The coach doesn't speak English very well, but they're really friendly and helpful! They lend you hand wraps, so you don't have to buy them.

Just incredible, I recommend the course. Proof is, I'm going back, I've really discovered a passion, I also think they are super nice no matter your level it's really great. I had never done it before, I highly recommend it, plus it's a small, quiet, truly superb room. Thanks again to them 🙏

This was the most fun content during my trip to Phuket. I signed up for a 1:1 lesson with my boyfriend, and Sapp and Jay taught us Muay Thai. I thought an hour would be short, but it was incredibly hard and long. It was the first time in a while that I worked out so hard that my whole body got wet, so it was rewarding and fun. I want to experience it again next time I come.

We are Taiwanese. In addition to playing in the water, this is another experience itinerary. The teaching is very good. It doesn’t matter if you don’t speak English or Thai. We were sweating like rain during the whole trip. The basic training course of Muay Thai is very suitable for children of all ages to experience together. The store also I will take photos for you as a souvenir! The people at the venue are also very kind, humorous and professional👍

An absolutely great experience! the instructors were friendly and accommodating. We had to reschedule our original day and they were happy to. Also we had beginners and intermediate members in our group and they were able to accommodate for everyone. Would go again!
