If you’re looking for the best place to try it, look no further than No Signboard Seafood restaurant! What once was a stall in Mattar Rd Hawker Centre is now a favorite among tourists and locals alike for their delicious seafood dishes. Aside from trying their version of the chili crab which comes with different levels of spiciness, make sure to also get a bite of their White Pepper Crab! The dish is a specialty of the seafood restaurant, invented by its founder, Mdm. Ong Kim Hoi. Other items you shouldn’t miss here include their Double Boiled Lobster, Cereal Prawns, and Drunken Shrimp.
