- Maya Bay closes every August and September due to nature preservation. You will spend longer at other spots on the tour during this period
- Tour schedules might differ due to weather and sea conditions
- Rain in Southern Thailand is unpredictable and can happen anytime
- The tour will continue in the rain if conditions are safe. No refund will be granted
