• There are 3 tour times available: If you require a pick-up, please gather at the Hokkaido tour desk on the 1st floor of the New Chitose Airport Domestic Arrival Lobby at 【8:30/11:30/14:30】. If you choose to go there on your own, please gather at the 2nd Bibe Bridge Canoe Port at 【8:50/11:50/14:50】.
• Each canoe can accommodate 2 to 3 adults. 2 adults and 2 children can ride in the same canoe, but may sometimes need to be split into two canoes.
• The guide will not ride in the same canoe as the guests, but will accompany the tour in a staff canoe. Please inquire in advance if you would like the guide to ride in the same canoe.
• The guide will prioritize safety, but please participate responsibly as the tour takes place in a natural environment.
• If you would like to participate in the activity with your pet, the pet must wear a life jacket (pet life jacket rental is 1000 yen per rental).
• The activity may be canceled if the weather conditions are unsafe (it will generally proceed even in rainy weather).
• You will need to sign a consent form before participating in the tour.
• The insurance is a liability insurance purchased by the facility, and the coverage applies in the event of injury or accident. It does not apply to injuries or accidents caused by the guest's own reasons.

Activity times may be delayed due to weather conditions or traffic. If you are taking a flight, please allow plenty of time.

■ Arrival flight: Must arrive at the airport 45 minutes before the canoe departure time. ■ Departure flight: Use a departure flight that departs 1 hour after the canoe tour ends. If your flight is delayed or canceled due to unavoidable reasons such as bad weather, you can change to the next tour or experience it on another date.
