  • This tour requires a minimum of two participants to operate.
  • Salmon and trout are highly sensitive during spawning. Please follow the guide’s instructions carefully regarding how to approach the river and maintain appropriate distances.
  • The tour runs in all weather conditions. Please bring your own rain gear and waterproof boots, as rentals are not available.
  • Tours may be canceled or shortened in case of severe weather.
  • Feeding wild animals is strictly prohibited and subject to penalties under the Natural Parks Law.
  • Please refrain from drinking alcohol before the tour, and avoid alcohol consumption or smoking during the experience.
  • Pregnant guests cannot join this tour.
  • Mobile phone use is not permitted during the walk to maintain a quiet and respectful environment.
  • Hotel pick-up is available for guests staying in the Utoro area, approximately 10–15 minutes before the tour starts. Pick-ups are managed by the Shiretoko Naturalist's Association.
