One-way & Round-trip Vehicle Service to Seoul and Busan

It's was very convenient for us coz we arrived 6 am at korea. We were able to visit Busan on our first day with the help of our very, very welcoming driver, Mr. Gang.

The rode was smooth, the car was clean and spacious, and thedriver was very polite and punctual.

Very bad experience with the service operator. Booked my trip from Incheon airport to Busan and was told I have to top up krw 80,000 to the driver. Requested to cancel at 846am on the day before the trip (scheduled at 10am) but was told that I could not cancel because it's less than 24hr (?!) even though the T&Cs state cancellation is 24hr before the trip. Informed the service operator that I'm travelling with a 9 month old baby so please provide more rest stops so that we could change and feed her on the way. Was told to top up money again for every hr exceeded past 10 hrs (ie 8pm) as driver could only stop 2x. After our first rest stop which we took 45 min to eat & change diaper (we had a 7 hr redeye flight btw), driver got impatient and said we stopped too long. If we keep stopping we would only reach at 10pm. We stopped by another rest stop for 45 min to feed baby. Driver sped throughout the trip and the ride eas bumpy. Baby couldn't take it and kept crying throughout. No water was provided in the car as well for the 10 hr booking (usually other cars provide even for short airport transfers). In the end we reached at 6pm (2 hr ahead of the 10 hr booking) so there's definitely more than enough time for comfortable rest stops and perhaps drop by to see 1 or 2 attraction along the way. This trip is a rip off. They just drive u from point to point on the expressway. Better off doing ktx train or flight to Busan.

I’ve been overcharged for this service. Have contacted Klook, hopefully I can get some redund. The initial price paid when booking through Klook and they charged extra on my credit card and the driver charged extra.
