Vehicle Introduction • 7-seater vehicle (Serena/Alphard/Van, etc., specific models cannot be specified) 　Maximum 6 people + 2 pieces of luggage • Toyota Alphard Luxury Model (aviation seats) 　Maximum 6 people + 2 pieces of luggage • 10-seater vehicle (Toyota Hiace, etc.) 　Maximum 9 people + 10 pieces of luggage • 18-seater vehicle (Toyota Coaster, etc.) 　Maximum 18 people + 18 pieces of luggage 　Or a maximum of 23 people (including 4 auxiliary seats, limited to no large luggage, maximum of 10 pieces of luggage) Child Seat and Luggage Regulations • This service uses officially operated vehicles, and the use of child seats is not mandatory. If needed, please inform us in advance when booking, and the supplier can provide 1 free of charge. 　※ Each child seat occupies approximately 1.5 people’s worth of space, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity. • Standard luggage size is 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance for oversized luggage or strollers, which will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. • If the number of passengers or the amount of luggage exceeds the capacity and prevents boarding, the responsibility and costs will be borne by the traveler. Vehicle Arrangement and Driving Range • All vehicle types may be adjusted to the same level of vehicle depending on the dispatch on the day. Specific vehicle models cannot be specified. • If a 7-seater vehicle carries 6 large adults, it is recommended to upgrade to a 10-seater model to ensure comfort. • Vehicles are limited to driving within a 300 km radius centered on the departure hotel. 　※ A service fee will be charged for cross-regional travel (e.g., Sapporo + Otaru). • Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or guesthouses in Sapporo city. If outside the area, an empty car fee will be charged (JPY 5,000～20,000). • Arrangements for pick-up and drop-off at different locations (e.g., Noboribetsu/Lake Toya area): As it is a long-distance cross-regional trip, empty car time needs to be reserved or an empty car fee will be charged. Service time and costs will be adjusted according to the actual distance. • New Chitose Airport transfer: An empty car fee will be charged for pick-up and drop-off in some areas. Please inform us in advance when booking. Charter Time and Overtime Fees • Standard service time: 10 hours 　※ For pick-up/drop-off at different locations (e.g., Furano/Noboribetsu), the service time is 8 hours; empty car time will be reserved for other areas depending on the actual arrangement. • Service time range: 08:00～20:00 Overtime Fee Standards: • 7-seater and smaller vehicles: JPY 5,000 will be charged for every hour exceeding the limit (any time exceeding 15 minutes will be counted as 1 hour). • 10-seater and larger vehicles: JPY 8,000 will be charged for every hour exceeding the limit (any time exceeding 15 minutes will be counted as 1 hour). • 18-seater and larger vehicles: JPY 10,000 will be charged for every hour exceeding the limit (any time exceeding 15 minutes will be counted as 1 hour). ※ Overtime fees will include overtime caused by traffic jams, waiting for passengers, or other unforeseen circumstances. Other Reminders • The driver does not speak English but can use translation software to communicate with passengers. Please confirm that you accept this condition before booking. • The driver’s contact information will be provided 1 day before departure (at the latest 3 hours before the car is used). Please be on time and wait at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance. • Notes on using LINE to contact us Since LINE IDs in Japan and some overseas regions cannot add each other as friends, it is recommended that you use other contact methods (such as WhatsApp, WeChat, email, etc.).
