I was supposed to join a group but due to certain miscalculations by the tour company, I ended up having a private tour — which I thoroughly enjoyed, thanks to my tour guide Mariam. Loved the places we visited, loved the hearty homemade lunch and delicious coffee.
Me and my mother are inside the van as of the moment going back to Tbilisi. It's been a wonderful trip with Georgia Tours, especially with our tour guide Catherine. We enjoyed every information she shared and the food we ate and the company of other travelers. Highly recommended!
Absolutely fantastic tour! Catherine was an incredible tour guide. She has a real talent for bringing people together, even from different countries. This made the entire trip so much more enjoyable and interesting. The food was a real highlight. Even though I'm Asian myself, I highly recommend the homemade meals over restaurant food. It was delicious and a great way to experience the local cuisine. The sights were breathtaking! The scenery was picture-perfect and offered endless opportunities for amazing photos.
Outstanding tour . So well organized. Katy was amazing guide, gave so much info. loved it. I 100% recommend it
The highlight for is the the lunch the best. The tour guide was amazing he's Deme by the way. He's insight are very informative.
First of all, it rained all day today, making the trip inconvenient. It can't be helped, but it was disappointing that the time spent moving and crossing the border was longer than the time spent sightseeing. The solution would be to plan a two-day trip, even if it means raising the cost a little. Also, I went to five tourist sites, and although they have good historical significance, there were no great scenes. However, the guide's sincere explanation and lunch were good. This is my opinion.
Being able to travel to Armenia from Tbilisi on a day trip was nice. Though we spent an hour at the border, we were able to get through a little smoothly than others. The monasteries were beautiful and we had really good Armenian food. Our guide, David, was really knowledgeable as well. It was a bit sad and eye-opening to see what’s left of Alaverdi.
I highly recommend this tour when you are planning to go Armenia. Very accommodating and the tour guide was really nice his name is David . And the price itself was very affordable.
Nice day trip and the highlight would be the homemade Armenian lunch by the host. Yummy!
It was a good experience. Everything was according to the itinerary that was provided.
