We had a great time visiting so many spots! The driver was very punctual and polite. Although we didn’t speak the same language, we could still communicate with Google translate. It was nice to have a private car and not go with a big group.
We booked before departure, and customer service quickly contacted us to discuss the itinerary and inform us of the additional fees required, which were to be paid directly to the driver on the day of service (including highway tolls, parking fees, etc.). Ms. Wang, our female driver that day, was very professional and drove smoothly. There were four of us, including an elderly person, and although we don't speak much Mandarin, we could easily understand her, and she had a very pleasant voice. She wasn't overly talkative, but when we asked her questions, she clearly provided us with walking routes.
The day before departure, I already knew that Ms. Wang would be driving. It was windy and rainy all day, which was a bit disappointing, but there was nothing we could do as it was beyond our control. Ms. Wang drove very steadily, with no issues, and managed the pick-up and drop-off times perfectly. Since the journey took over two hours, she would arrange for us to stop for a restroom break after about an hour. Sometimes, these stops were at locations with supermarkets, allowing us to take a short break. I hope that the next time I travel to Fukuoka and need a chartered car, I can meet Ms. Wang again. 😄

The tour was really great experience of my life.The tourist gave a clear information about the trip.
The weather wasn't cooperating, so we couldn't visit Mount Komezuka and Mount Aso Crater. We went to Kumamoto Castle instead. The mist made Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine feel mysterious.

- The total duration of the chartered service is 10 hours. Pick-up and drop-off points are both at hotels or guesthouses within Fukuoka city (for pick-up/drop-off in different locations, empty driving time will be reserved for the driver based on actual conditions or additional fees may apply). If the departure or end location is not in Fukuoka, the service time will be 8 hours. The available service time is 08:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the attractions.
- Empty car fee: For departures or endings in different locations, there may be a price difference. If this occurs, customer service will reconfirm with you after you place the order.
- Please be sure to leave your LINE ID, WhatsApp, or WeChat number when ordering (after reserving, please enable the "add friend" setting so that local staff in Japan can contact you in time).
- After placing an order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication regarding itinerary arrangements and vehicles. The supplier will send you driver information 1 day before departure (at the latest, 3 hours before vehicle use).
- If the actual vehicle usage exceeds the service time or journey distance, an overtime fee/excess mileage fee will be charged.
- For a total journey exceeding 300 kilometers, JPY 300 will be charged per kilometer.
- For consecutive guests who stay in cities outside Fukuoka, an additional driver accommodation fee of JPY 8000 will be required.
- Overtime rental due to traffic congestion will still incur an additional charge, regardless of natural causes or traffic control.
- During peak travel seasons, there may be an additional price difference of JPY 10000-20000 (the specific amount will be confirmed by customer service after placing the order; if you have any objections before the order is confirmed, you can cancel the order).
