Important Notes

• Meeting Time: The bus will depart on time, so please be punctual. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for late arrivals.
• Itinerary Changes: The itinerary may be changed or adjusted due to facility closures, visiting time restrictions, traffic jams, bad weather, etc.
• In Case of Cancellation: If the tour is canceled due to natural disasters or abnormal weather, please contact us to confirm the departure status.
• Visiting Time: The duration of stay at each scenic spot will be adjusted according to traffic conditions and the number of participants on the day.
• Late Arrival/Cancellation: If you cannot participate due to a late arrival caused by traffic conditions, it will automatically be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be given. The same applies if you abandon the itinerary midway due to personal reasons.
• Delay in Return Time: During spring break, long holidays, and Chinese New Year, return times may be delayed due to road congestion. If, for unavoidable reasons, your return is delayed and a taxi or accommodation becomes necessary, please note that the costs will be borne by the customer.
• In-Vehicle Rules: The bus is non-smoking, has no toilet, and seats are not assigned.
• Special Meal Requests: If you require special meals, such as vegetarian options, please notify us at least 2 days before departure.

Things to Check Before Purchase/Booking

• Tateyama Kurobe Mountain Climbing Rules: Please do not pick flowers or plants. Please take your trash with you.
• About Tateyama Kurobe Mountain Climbing: The departure time on the second day will be based on the cable car schedule of Tateyama Kurobe Co., Ltd. and will depend on staff arrangements on the day. Please be aware that it may be earlier or later than scheduled depending on the situation.
• Toilets: There are no toilets along the way, so please use the facilities at the station or hotel before departure.
• What to Bring: We recommend preparing water, an umbrella, sunscreen, sunglasses, and warm clothing. Even in May, temperatures can drop below 10 degrees Celsius, and there is a possibility of snowfall or bad weather.
• Accommodation and Schedule: If the departure time on the next morning is earlier due to mountain climbing time, breakfast will not be provided. In such cases, 1,000 yen per person will be refunded. If the departure on the second day is delayed, arrival in Osaka may be after 11:00 PM.
• Guide: This itinerary does not include a guide, but a Chinese-speaking staff member will accompany the tour.
• Snow Wall: The snow wall at Murodo melts around June, so viewing is possible until then. Also, the Snow Valley may be closed due to weather conditions.
• Traffic Jams: During Golden Week, arrival in Osaka may be significantly delayed due to traffic congestion.
• Eating, drinking, and loud conversations are prohibited inside the vehicle.
• If a facility becomes unavailable due to unavoidable circumstances after the start of the itinerary on the day, a partial refund will be issued. However, please note that admission fees for facilities included in the tour cost may differ from the publicly announced prices of the facilities, so refunds cannot be based on the publicly announced prices.
