- 7 Days 5GB local data daily + 30 HK Local Mins + 500MB Mainland China and Macau data
- The service is valid from the day after activation to 23:59 Hong Kong time on the 7th day. Once the card is activated, the usage of 5GB local data per day for 7 days + 500MB data from Mainland China and Macau per day + 30 minutes of local calls in total will take effect immediately.
- Allowed to connect to any social network platform and Hong Kong website, Refillable for repeated use (Refill is required during the validity period, and the corresponding additional validity period is according to the refill amount.), Various Local Data Packages are available for subscription, Applicable to 5G network in Mainland China.
- Pursuant to the Telecommunications (Registration of SIM Cards) Regulation, this prepaid SIM card purchased on or after 1 March 2022 must be real-name registered in order to be activated. Usage reminder
- The use of individual service shall be subject to such terms and conditions as stated on the relevant user guide
- Once sold, this Prepaid SIM Card is non-refundable and non-returnable.
- This Prepaid SIM Card should be activated before the stipulated expiry date, otherwise it will be invalid automatically.
- Where this Prepaid SIM Card is expired, or where service has been terminated due to whatever reasons, the remaining data usage shall be non-refundable and non-transferable.
- CMHK will not be liable for any damages, however arising, of this Prepaid SIM Card or responsible for repairing and making good therefor.
- The mobile number of this Prepaid SIM Card is assigned randomly and Customer cannot return, choose or request to change to other mobile numbers. Customer will not be able to keep the allocated mobile number once this Prepaid SIM Card has expired, or where its service has been terminated due to whatever reasons.
- Calculation of data usage duration and volume is based on the network report of CMHK. In case of dispute, the records of CMHK are conclusive and binding. All calculations are subject to such prevailing rates or tariff as imposed by CMHK from time to time.
- CMHK is entitled at their full discretion to temporarily suspend any or all of the Services without notice to the Customer for the purpose of preventing any improper or abnormal use of CMHK's network or resources, fraudulent or deceptive acts until CMHK is satisfied that the Customer has ceased such acts or the relevant investigation has been completed. CMHK may assess abnormal usage based on comparisons to the usage patterns and levels of CMHK’s other customers, and/or based on whether such usage level is considered to have affected our other customers' ability to optimally use the same network or service.
- CMHK reserves its absolute right to change the terms and conditions relating to the use of this Prepaid SIM Card including but not limited to the data usage rate at any time without prior notice to or consent from the Customer.

Made my HK and Macau trip easy. You can easily find the kiosk at the arrival hall and the staffs are really helpful. I stayed in HKG for 3 days, and in Macau for 1 day, and no issues with data connection at all! So easy to set up roaming as well. I highly recommend this SIM for those who are visiting hongkong and macau with phones that don't have the eSim capability. :)

Bought the sim card considering that one of my friend's phone is not compatible with e-sim. Anyway, this one is easy to use as well. You just have to follow the steps provided in the kiosk. FYI, the sim should be activated within 1hr after you get it from A13 Kiosk.

read many reviews which said the data got over very quickly in macau which has 500mb only. we were there 3 nights 4 days in hongkong and 5gb was sufficient as we had wifi at hotel room and used internet only for routes and not for browsing social media. in macau it worked fine as we only used it for navigation. other than that everywhere they have wifi. happy with this sim purchase. would recommend it.

collection/ reediming is so smoth and easy, just show the qr code they will check ur passport and it’s all good. 5gb data is enough for my husband data need plus hotspot is also available so my little daughter can use her gadget to play and for quick entertainment.

Easy to claim. You just need to present the passport to the staff and they will activate the sim card and you can use it immediately. The signal strength is good even in Macau. You just need to activate the roaming mode so you could use it Macau and in the mainland. Thank you!
