Dolphin Mangrove Cruise and Sarawak Cultural Village Tour in Kuching

The arrangement for the whole trip is seamless. Company contacted us one day before the trip to confirm the the trip and briefed us on meeting time and place. Did not manage to see any dolphin but do spotted a crocodile. Saini the guide mentioned if we came at Jun period we would be able to spot migratory birds. The aun is blazing hot around 10:30am do bring some sunscreen and umbrella!The Lunch is good and tasty. There are four delicious dishes with a drink. The guide walked us thru the cultural village and explained the details in each of the houses belonging to each tribe.

The tour was well arranged and we managed to get a private car to ourselves since no other people. managed to spot crocodiles and the elusive irrawady dolphins in the morning cruise.

Went at the off season so i had a private tour. did not manage to see dolphin as it is based on weather and luck, saw monkey and crocodile. ol

This was definitely the highlight of our kuching trip! Highly recommended. Tour guide Mr Saini was amazing and shared a lot of his personal stories with us as a local. The mangrove tour we got to see propolis monkey, crocodile and many dolphins! Learnt a lot at cultural village too, and lot of hands on interactive activities like bamboo dance and blow pipe which u can try for urself, this is a really good tour.

We thoroughly enjoyed this particular package as the time spent on the boat was an hour plus to spot some wildlife. We saw the proboscis monkeys, crocs and dolphins. The cultural village was interesting and worth going. Our guide did a much better job than he did during the orang utan trip.

this package was reasonable as both dolohin cruise and sarawak cultural village + packed lunch was worth of its s$100 per pax. only glitch is that why need to meet up so early at 7.15am just to be sent to office to collect packed lunch when it should be done the other way (collect lunch box then gather at 8am as stated on klook). group of 9 of us in tour do not have meet so early just to waste time on this.

We had an enjoyable boat ride out and managed to see one Proboscis monkey, two crocodiles and a couple of dolphins. The trip to the Sarawak Cultural Village was good as well as we got to visit majority of the different culture's houses and our guide Vino shared a lot on the history for the different tribes. We also were lucky to catch a few Silvered Leaf Monkey in the village. Plus points - It was an eye-opening and educational tour getting to know the Sarawak tribe cultures and wildlife. Appreciate the knowledge sharing from our guide Vino. Improvement points - Time management could be better as our guide was late to pick us up due to traffic/weather and the boatman along with two other tourists and their guide was waiting for us which resulted in us not having time to stopby the washroom before going out for the 2 hours boatride. We were also unsure on the itinerary as booking on Klook mentioned that our activity was till 6pm but we felt that our guide was rushing hence we skipped the musical instrument rooms in the Sarawak cultural village. We reached back city area around 4.20pm which was earlier than expected. Overall it was an enjoyable trip and we appreciate the explanations provided by our guide which has enhanced our understanding of the Sarawak natives and culture.
