- The SIM card is valid for your selected duration after activation on a 24 hour basis. If you purchased a 3-day SIM card and activated it on 1 Oct at 21:00, it will be valid until 4 Oct 21:00
Please be noted that if you are already in the destination of the e-sim product, the product will be activated automatically and start counting the usage
- The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
- This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible

Can't connect at all, even if all the settings are completed according to the instructions, it's a waste of money

I am disappointed with this one, first time to get an epic fail for Klook. I have not ever used, followed the steps and even ignored the negative review just to give this package a chance but still not successful. Still I am getting Klook packages and read the reviews.

Traveling to Macau, I have logged into the eSIM, but I can’t connect to the Internet at all. There is no network available. Klook customer service only gave me the information of the telecommunications operator. I also reported it to the telecommunications operator. As of the fourth day, there is still no response.
