Usage reminder
- The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
- If the daily data limit has been reached, the speed will throttle down and will change to 3G
- The package includes a pocket wifi device, charging cable, and pouch. However, the charging adapter is not included
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
Booking Guidelines
- Please select the date you estimate to start & end the service when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at the original retail price upon return. Note: Pick up date refers to the start of the service
- Complete the order by downloading the Yoowifi App on your phone. Log in using your phone number registered when you placed the order
- You will be required to input VISA/ MASTERCARD/ JCB Credit Card information and sign a deposit agreement for any possible surcharges upon pick up. Once the device is returned and checked, you may request to remove your credit card information

- Press the power button for 3 seconds
- Allow about 3 minutes for the connection to be established
- WIFI LED indicator on - ready for internet connection

- Signal LED indicator on - the signal strength is shown by the strength LED indicator
- Signal LED indicator flashing - service error

- Select the WIFI setting, connect to Yoowifi-XXXXXX, where XXXXXX is the last 6 digits of your WIFI device IMEI and enter the password

Drop-off/return Information
- The device will be required to be returned within 7 days of the last date of service. A prepaid mailer bag is included to return the device to be dropped at any SingPost box (https://www.singpost.com/locate-us)
Delivery information
- The device will be delivered within 3 working days of your travel dates
- Delivery time would be between 10:00-22:00 on Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
- A local courier would be used to facilitate the delivery; therefore, delivery at a specific time (e.g. at 09:00, before 12:00, after 15:00, etc.) is not available

- Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: SGD100
- Loss, damage, or breakage of carrying pouch: SGD20

It was nice that the device arrived more than a week before the start date. It worked well throughout the trip, with the connection only disrupting when going through tunnels relatively high up in the mountains. The battery did die before the day ended towards the end of the trip, as more people were using it. But it will connect again quickly if I charge with my power bank. The mailer bag did not have a recipient address, so I had to ask customer service. Thankfully they replied fast, and it was easy to just mail it back. Will definitely consider getting again if I need to.
Connection is relatively stable, although sometimes it doesn’t work for one phone (I have both apple and android). Network speed is good and considerably fast. Covered Switzerland, UK, and Paris for my trip.
Roaming is very expensive in Europe and getting a Wifi router is one of the ways to save money. Great deal with a 1-for-1 offer. We didnt face any issue at all while traveling in Switzerland except for a few minutes while going through the tunnel. A full charge also lasted for the whole day in our case however i still advise to bring along a portable charger just in case, especially when if you have more than 4 users connected to the device throughout the day. By the way one router can be connected by up to 8 devices. Highly recommend you to get this when traveling in Europe.

received few days before my trip, and they included a return envelope for your convenience once you're back. included is a ziplock bag with slim router and one cable. it is good to carry as it is slim and simple. connection wise is good, I bring it to Munich and Swiss (including to mountains). but not really 100% notice as my partner have wifi from other provider so I kinda use both interchangeably I guess....but I have no/little downtime so all is good. reccomended as it is very affordable too.
Received it few days before our trip, with a charging cable, device and return envelop. The only down side is they didn't provide a cover for you to put the device when you bring outside. The connection was smooth most of the time, but slower at countryside areas.
Received the pocket wifi within 3 days. The connection is good whenever we went & charging is fast. We enjoyed the trip with the non-stop wifi as we always updated our trips. Will booked for our next coming trip.
Great experiences with Yoowifi services & also their sweet & considerate gestures by providing us free "prepaid" label parcel for returned devices.. But something to feedback is , at start my device works super well BUT till my very last few days of use , the device keep giving me problems , other than that , everything seems to be fine..
Booked in Sep 2023 for my turkey trip in Oct 2023. Great deal under buy 1 free 1. Two devices reached me 4 days before my trip. Easy connection, just on the device and search under wifi connection, look for the SSID number that matches the same SSID number indicated on the device, key in password. The device can last for around 14-16 hours. Connection quite strong but sometimes will be disconnected, to reconnect back the wifi, just press the "on" button once, then it will auto detect the connection and link back to your phone. Overall experience is good.
The pocket wifi was couriered to my place 3 days prior travel. Easy to setup & was able to connect in Switzerland for most parts of the journey including on mountains such as Grindelward First & Gornergrat. Occasionally it will have issues when passing through the mountain tunnels but that is expected. Great to also have the return envelope (Singapore) to make the return process easy after the trip.
