Luggage Information

• Each passenger is allowed a maximum of two (2) hand carried suitcases or an equivalent of a total weight not more than 20 kilograms. Items exceeding twenty kilograms will be paid
• Large/bulky hand carry items that will impede the flow of passengers will have to be stored at cargo compartment and will be charged a minimum fee
• The passenger assumes full responsibility for all hand carried baggage. The company reserves the right to hold all untagged baggage such as hand carried, excess of cargoes

Eligibility

• One paying passenger is allowed to bring only one child with height 3 ft. and below, provided the child does not occupy a seat and upon payment of Php50.00 child ticket

Travel Requirements

① Printed mobile voucher sent by the operator via email ② Valid ID ③ Arrive 30 minutes before your departure time. Failure to arrive by this time will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued

Refunds

• No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made

Additional Information

• Actual seat numbers will be given during check-in
• Non-appearance at least 15 minutes before departure may be forfeited and will be considered a no show.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse accommodation of any passenger for valid reasons (i.e. explosives, flammable or obnoxious substances) are prohibited

Rebooking Policy

• A 30% charge of the amount paid and rebooking fees shall apply
• Any changes in your booking such as change name, change trip, etc. may incur certain charges and should be done at the terminal.
