Very satisfied ordering a car rental and tour guide from Klook. A comfortable car, friendly driver, and informative tour guide. Oh yes in the car also provided cold mineral water. The 2 day tour in Chiang Rai was very memorable.
I am most afraid of finding a car locally. Klook is very good. You can make an appointment to find a driver for a day trip. The driver understands Chinese, so the communication process is smooth, polite and enthusiastic. recommend
Very convenient. We can have our own private trip without much time constraints. The driver pick up at our hotel on time. He drop us to all the places we want and wait ya patiently. Additional 300baht to visit chui fong tea plantation as the distance is far from the route. We end our journey earlier as we want to back hotel rest earlier. Overall it is worth to take the service if you opt for privacy and convenience.
good experience with my first time book private car service 😆
I sent a tour to my parents in their 50s and they were very happy!
The driver failed to communicate in English, and the car charter included a tour guide, but ultimately failed to arrange. The hotel staff can help with the translation and arrange the whole day smoothly. However, the drivers are professional and their driving skills are very good, so they are still satisfied. And eventually returned the tour guide fee
It trip is good. Golden triangle is a big disappointment. It is not worth going. The boat trip did not go to Myanmar. It only go to Laos. And all you see counterfeit brands, like fake KFC fried chicken shop, fake LV, Chanel, Gucci shops and souvenir shops selling souvenirs with inflated prices. The tea garden us a must go destinatiin. We have a great time. White Temple is amazing and Blue Temple is interesting. Long Neck Karen Village is also worth the visit. The driver is very polite, the Golden Triangle is not worth going, especially when it is a small boat to go to Laos, it is a waste of money. There are only counterfeit shops in Laos, KFC is fake, LV, Gucci, etc. are all fakes, and the hand-letter shop sells super expensive, completely wasting time. The Cuifeng Tea Garden is a must. The White Temple and the Blue Temple cannot be missed. The Long Neck should also go.
Driver Tawin picked up the hotel on time and introduced the sights of Qinglai along the way. At noon, he took us to a newly opened cafe shop. The place was very comfortable, the food was delicious, all the trips were completed on time, and a big Buddha was added. The journey is very happy and the chartered tour is very comfortable!
The driver fully cooperates with our itinerary. The tour guide explains a bit of Chinese cards. It is better if you can ask everyone to prepare for it before the sights.
The Driver was friendly and accommodating to our needs (free water with a cooler box!). He was also very punctual - with the arrival time and also the meet-up time. We changed locations a few times, yet he did not complain or make any grumpy face and remained helpful. Despite the communication barrier, he was the ideal Driver that we needed. Thank you, Klook!
