- You'll get confirmation within minutes. If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.
Luggage Services
- After successfully booking via Klook, you will receive a Transaction No. via email from Airporter and the Transaction No. will be sent by email within 24hours of order confirmation
- Write the Transaction No. on your luggage tag and put the tag on all the pieces of luggage you plan to drop off at the reception desk (Booking number written on voucher and Transaction No. will be same)
- The driver will pick up your luggage and deliver it to your accommodation or airport
- **[Naha Airport to Hotel] **Drop off time for same day delivery is on or before 15:30. Please have your luggage ready at the airport counter with the designated luggage tag. Your items will be ready for pick up at your hotel after 19:00 of the same day
- [Hotel to Naha Airport] Drop off time for same day delivery is on or before 11:00. Please have your luggage ready at your hotel lobby with the designated luggage tag. Your items will be ready for pick up at the airport after 15:00 of the same day
- [Hotel to Naha Airport] If you need your items delivered before 15:00, please drop off your luggage one day in advance. The driver will collect your items before 11:00 of the previous day, and your luggage will be ready for pick up on the following day
- For airport pick ups, failure to collect your items will result to a penalty of JPY1,000 per day for each luggage
- Your luggage can be a suitcase (check in or carry on size), cardboard, handbags, snowboards, etc. And please note that only those who ordered “Suitcases" can apply for “Handbags”
- Please note that these items can't be handled: Wallets (cash and credit cards) identification cards (passports) jewelry (diamonds and pearls), flammable materials (fireworks) poisons (those prohibited by Japanese law), all animals including pets (dogs and cats), insects, reptiles, fish. In addition, poisonous plants are not allowed as well

- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
- Please note that we are not liable for any damages listed here
- If the service could not be used due to flight cancellation or considerable delay as a result of unforeseen circumstances, please provide proof of flight delay or cancellation. This is an incredibly convenient service. After packing your luggage, simply drop it off at the hotel front desk, take a photo, and upload it to the Airporter designated webpage. Airporter will then dispatch someone to collect your luggage and deliver it to the airport check-in counter. This allows you to enjoy your last day of travel without being burdened by luggage and eliminates the need to return to the hotel to retrieve it.
The first time I used this service, I found it so convenient! First, you will receive a serial number, and then the hotel staff will give you a small card. Write down the serial number, name, pick-up date, and pick-up time, and then you can hand it to the hotel counter. We delivered a total of 11 pieces of luggage. From the time the delivery staff took the luggage, delivered it, and arrived at the airport, they would take photos and email them to me. I felt very relieved and will definitely use it again next time I go abroad! Very good experience! When you use the baggage check-in service for the first time, after pre-ordering online, you arrive at the airport and bring your luggage to the baggage check-in counter. The staff already knows that all you need to do is fill in the correct booking number. Very convenient and easy. Once you release your hands, you can directly start the day's itinerary. Definitely recommend it to your friends! If you leave your luggage before 11 o'clock, you will receive your luggage at noon. After 11 o'clock, you will arrive at the hotel at 7 pm. The time is very good.

Make a reservation in advance. After arriving at Okinawa Airport, you can go directly to check in your luggage. You don’t have to drag a big luggage. You can start eating, drinking, shopping, checking in at the hotel, and your luggage will be delivered. It’s really convenient. You will be notified by email when your luggage is shipped out and when you arrive at the hotel. Recommended!
As soon as I arrived in Okinawa, I went to the counter to send it. It was very convenient and the counter was not difficult to find. I found it quickly after following the instructions. It's really great that you don't have to carry your luggage around. One piece of luggage costs more than 300 yuan, which is reasonable. I will use it again if I have the opportunity.
Great service, they call the hotel in advance to let them know about the pickup. Arrived at the airport before I did. I would highly recommend it.

The location is obvious. It is on the second floor of the airport, behind the escalator (in front is a gashapon shop and a claw machine that attracts children). It is very convenient to start your trip from the airport immediately, especially if you have children with you. Email notifications will be sent upon receipt and delivery, with photos attached! It was scheduled to be delivered at 18:00, but it was delivered at about 16:00, so don’t worry if you arrive at the hotel early!
