Good to know
- The detailed event rules are subject to the organizer's regulations, and the organizer reserves the right to adjust and modify the event.
- Eating, drinking, smoking, chewing gum, or betel nuts are prohibited in the exhibition area.
- Compensation is required for any damage to exhibits; those who fail to comply with warnings against inappropriate behavior will be asked to leave immediately without objection.
- Please present your ticket upon entry; single tickets are valid for single-person, single-use only.
- Visitors should cooperate with ticket inspectors to verify their identification as needed.
- Free admission eligibility:
- Residents of Houbi District and Baihe District in Tainan City with an ID card or valid photo ID.
- Children aged 7 and under (born after 2018), who must be accompanied by a ticketed parent.
- People with disabilities holding a disability certificate (one accompanying person free).
- Seniors aged 65 and over in Tainan City (born before 1961) (ID number starts with R, D, or registered in Tainan City), must present valid identification to verify their identity when purchasing tickets and entering the park.
- Tour guides who lead tour groups and hold a valid tour guide license issued by the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications.
- Concession ticket eligibility:
- Students: Students aged 7 and over (born in 2018) with formal student status recognized by the Ministry of Education in Taiwan can purchase with a valid student ID or proof of enrollment (community colleges, open universities, and lifelong learning universities are not eligible for this ticket type).
- Senior citizens: Seniors aged 65 and over (born before 1961) must present valid identification to verify their identity when purchasing this ticket.
- Citizens: Limited to Tainan City citizens only (ID number starts with R, D, or registered in Tainan City), must present valid identification to verify their identity when purchasing tickets and entering the park.
