- For same-day booking, please book at least 4 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- Data Usage Description: Once the daily internet data quota is exceeded, the internet speed will be throttled down to unlimited 3G speed. 4G/5G speed will resume on the next rental day (following the GMT +8 time zone)
- Please return the device to your selected drop-off point, as specified during redemption
- The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 to 14 working days after the device is returned in good condition
- For Malaysians, a deposit of MYR 100 per unit will be charged upon pick-up for both 4G and 5G Pocket WiFi devices. For non-Malaysians, a deposit of MYR 300 per 4G Pocket WiFi unit or MYR 500 per 5G Pocket WiFi unit will be charged upon pick-up

Compensation Rule
- Late Payment Penalty Compensation Standard: Return to the airport within 48 hours after the lease expires: No late payment penalty will be charged; Return within 7 days after the lease expires: MYR10 /day/unit; Return after 7 days of lease expiration: late fee of MYR 100
- will be charged for damage/loss compensation standard: 4G equipment damage fine of MYR 350; 5G equipment damage fine RM 500; A fine of MYR 100 will be imposed if the equipment is slightly dented but still functioning properly; Lost equipment bag MYR 20; Lost USB charging cable MYR 15
Retrieve and Support
- How to retrieve the device: After booking the device, please place an order at least 4 hours before the collection time. Users can go to the Roamingman service center on the day of travel to present their KLOOK voucher to collect the device
- How to return the device: After the device expires, please return it to the Roamingman service center within 2 days. Tips: Due to personal reasons, the device needs to be picked up in advance, and an early shipping fee of MYR 10 per day per unit is required

Using this pocket WiFi unit for 10 days trip in Dubai, Switzerland and Italy. Overall the experience was good in the cities with good 4G network coverage. There were some problems half way to the mountains and some rural areas. The battery can easily last from morning until evening, no issue on that. Overall, the performance is acceptable even though not perfect.
Easy peasy to claim and the staff is also friendly and informative. Good lines to qatar and italy also
Smooth pick up from counter and the WiFi works great upon arrival. Unlimited data is perfect for my work trip.
Great 5G connection in Europe all the time. Didn't really have to use the "Optimize Now" button on the device by RoamingMan. To put up a deposit, you need to be ready to perform a bank transfer or credit card authorise, no cash transaction at counter.
Used roamingman service before for my trip to japan and it was great! This time we decided to use them again for our europe trip and it worked seamlessly between the 5 countries we went. The only problem is the battery life seems a bit lacking. Usually by evening (4-5pm) the battery is near 0% or sometimes died on us, and have to be charged on the go eventhough we already had it fully charged in the morning. Besides that everything is good.

i used this in Japan and it’s very good but the unlimited package for Europe only cater for 4G which service is not as good as 5G
Used it in London and Paris, the network service is really really poor and the device is unable to handle 5 devices despite advertised as such. Imagine being connected to a public wifi but it doesnt connect to the internet, that’s how the device is every time when you use it. On average, I have to restart the device every hour of use. Customer support over WhatsApp is friendly and helpful but unable to resolve this issue. Maybe a hardware issue.
