About this product
- For same-day booking, please book at least 4 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
- A deposit of MYR 100 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- For assistance during the rental period, please contact the operator via whatsapp to 0102508380 (from 8AM - 12AM daily)
- Once you’ve exceeded your daily volume allocation, internet browsing speeds will drop to 3G. 4G speeds will return at 12:00am, the next day
- Return the device to your selected drop off point as the redemption location.
- You will be charged the days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether or not you are using the service

- Penalty for a damaged device of 4G at RM 350 ; Penalty for a damaged device of 5G at RM 500; RM 100 for Minor dented of device but remain functional; RM 20 for Missing of device pouch; RM 15 for Missing of USB charging cable

always been a loyal customer to roamingman, everything is good. they even have a proper shop lot now which easier to find.
Signal is at an all time high. 8GB for 4 adults who are not chronically online (or need to post everything on social media in real-time) is more than enough, even more so when there’s free wifi at hotels we stayed at and almost everywhere we go including on the tour bus. Seamless device pick-up and return process at the airport 💯
Overall the reception is good. We able to get the Wifi coverage almost everywhere we go - Switzerkand, France and Holland. Should I got problem with the device, just reboot it. It just that the claim for my deposit took longer
Travelling around Türkiye with this wifi is super convenient! The line was fine everywhere. Roamingman always be my choice when travelling for more than 2 person
This device is perfect..Line was okay during the whole travel..I can browse facebook and even watch you tube..The battery can last long too..Getting the device is easy too..
I've used Roaming Man's pocket WiFi several times for my overseas holiday. And now I'm using their broadband service to work from home during MCO and CMCO. Very convenient! Very good and reasonable price.
Great value. Good battery life. However, at some of the place in Paris, the reception not quite good. I have to reset the network optimisation, then it seems ok. Overall, 4/5 star rating.
betteri runs out quickly... less than 15 hours. Hopefully you can improve your life like the old one.
