About this product
- For same-day booking, please book at least 4 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- Data Usage Description: Once the daily internet data quota is exceeded, the internet speed will be throttled down to unlimited 3G speed. 4G/5G speed will resume on the next rental day (following the GMT +8 time zone)
- Please return the device to your selected drop-off point, as specified during redemption
- The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 to 14 working days after the device is returned in good condition
- For Malaysians, a deposit of MYR 100 per unit will be charged upon pick-up for both 4G and 5G Pocket WiFi devices. For non-Malaysians, a deposit of MYR 300 per 4G Pocket WiFi unit or MYR 500 per 5G Pocket WiFi unit will be charged upon pick-up
- For support, kindly refer to the manual guide provided by Roamingman to learn how to activate your portable WiFi. Compensation Rule
- Late Payment Penalty Compensation Standard: Return to the airport within 48 hours after the lease expires: No late payment penalty will be charged; Return within 7 days after the lease expires: MYR 10/day/unit; Return after 7 days of lease expiration: late fee of MYR 100
- will be charged for damage/loss compensation standard: 4G equipment damage fine of MYR 350; 5G equipment damage fine MYR 500; A fine of MYR 100 will be imposed if the equipment is slightly dented but still functioning properly; Lost equipment bag MYR 20; Lost USB charging cable MYR 15
Retrieve and Support
- How to retrieve the device: After booking the device, please place an order at least 4 hours before the collection time. Users can go to the Roamingman service center on the day of travel to present their KLOOK voucher to collect the device
- How to return the device: After the device expires, please return it to the Roamingman service center within 2 days. Tips: Due to personal reasons, the device needs to be picked up in advance, and an early shipping fee of MYR 10 per day per unit is required

Easier to pickup at KLIA1 than KLIA2 since there is a booth available and nearby the departure area. Also there is a drop your device option available. They are also available as early as 6am so quite convenient. Although we only got the 3gb ones its still enough to cover for our trip. The deposit returned after 2-3wks is still a bummer. Hope they can fix this or request for cash deposits then they can return cash once we return the device as well.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | Reliable and Convenient with Minor Hiccups I used the Roamingman 4G/5G WiFi during my recent trip to Oceania, and overall, it was a very reliable solution for staying connected on the go. The setup was easy, and the device provided strong coverage in most areas, allowing me to access maps, social media, and emails without any issues. The speed was impressive, especially in major cities, where I was able to stream videos and make video calls smoothly. Battery life was decent for a full day's use, which is a big plus. However, I did notice occasional slowdowns in more remote areas, and the signal would drop briefly, though it wasn’t a major inconvenience. Overall, it's a solid option for travelers needing dependable WiFi, but there’s room for improvement in rural coverage. I’d definitely use Roamingman again for future trips!
Location of the pickup at KLIA1 is no longer a kiosk but a proper shop. The customer service via chat was helpful and kind to assist me to the right location. The connectivity in Australia was generally ok. Some occasions where we encountered some low connectivity esp in the outskirts.
Advice for users: This company is very bad. The worst internet you will ever use. Bad company from a bad person. Very slow internet.
