About this product
- For same-day booking, please book at least 4 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
- A deposit of MYR 100 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- Data Usage Description: Once the daily internet data quota is exceeded, the internet speed will be throttled down to unlimited 3G speed. 4G/5G speed will resume on the next rental day (following the GMT +8 time zone)
- Please return the device to your selected drop-off point, as specified during redemption
- The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 to 14 working days after the device is returned in good condition
- For Malaysians, a deposit of MYR 100 per unit will be charged upon pick-up for both 4G and 5G Pocket WiFi devices. For non-Malaysians, a deposit of MYR 300 per 4G Pocket WiFi unit or MYR 500 per 5G Pocket WiFi unit will be charged upon pick-up

Compensation Rule
- Late Payment Penalty Compensation Standard: Return to the airport within 48 hours after the lease expires: No late payment penalty will be charged; Return within 7 days after the lease expires: MYR 10/day/unit; Return after 7 days of lease expiration: late fee of MYR 100
- will be charged for damage/loss compensation standard: 4G equipment damage fine of MYR 350; 5G equipment damage fine MYR 500; A fine of MYR 100 will be imposed if the equipment is slightly dented but still functioning properly; Lost equipment bag MYR 20; Lost USB charging cable MYR 15
Retrieve and Support
- How to retrieve the device: After booking the device, please place an order at least 4 hours before the collection time. Users can go to the Roamingman service center on the day of travel to present their KLOOK voucher to collect the device
- How to return the device: After the device expires, please return it to the Roamingman service center within 2 days. Tips: Due to personal reasons, the device needs to be picked up in advance, and an early shipping fee of MYR 10 per day per unit is required
