About this product
- For same-day booking, please book at least 4 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
Usage reminder
- The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- Data Usage Description: Once the daily internet data quota is exceeded, the internet speed will be throttled down to unlimited 3G speed. 4G/5G speed will resume on the next rental day (following the GMT +8 time zone)
- Please return the device to your selected drop-off point, as specified during redemption
- The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 to 14 working days after the device is returned in good condition
- For Malaysians, a deposit of MYR 100 per unit will be charged upon pick-up for both 4G and 5G Pocket WiFi devices. For non-Malaysians, a deposit of MYR 300 per 4G Pocket WiFi unit or MYR 500 per 5G Pocket WiFi unit will be charged upon pick-up
- For support, kindly refer to the manual guide provided by Roamingman to learn how to activate your portable WiFi. If you require assistance during the rental period, please contact the operator via WhatsApp text message at +60-102508380, operator's support is available daily from 8:00 to 24:00 (GMT +8 time zone)
Compensation Rule
- Late Payment Penalty Compensation Standard: Return to the airport within 48 hours after the lease expires: No late payment penalty will be charged; Return within 7 days after the lease expires: MYR 10/day/unit; Return after 7 days of lease expiration: late fee of MYR 100
- will be charged for damage/loss compensation standard: 4G equipment damage fine of MYR 350; 5G equipment damage fine MYR 500; A fine of MYR 100 will be imposed if the equipment is slightly dented but still functioning properly; Lost equipment bag MYR 20; Lost USB charging cable MYR 15
Retrieve and Support
- How to retrieve the device: After booking the device, please place an order at least 4 hours before the collection time. Users can go to the Roamingman service center on the day of travel to present their KLOOK voucher to collect the device
- How to return the device: After the device expires, please return it to the Roamingman service center within 2 days. Tips: Due to personal reasons, the device needs to be picked up in advance, and an early shipping fee of MYR 10 per day per unit is required

RoamingMan always be my choice and highly recommended if you're travelling to Japan or South Korea . The collection counter was easily spotted (KLIA T1) and it's open 24/7. You'll need to pay rm100 for deposit and it to be paid via online banking. The deposit will be refunded once the device has been returned (within a week)
Hello!! I forgot to take picture of the wifi device but I absolutely had a great experience using it. I shared with my 2 other friends and we don’t have any problem with it except we always forgot to charge it😂 Even when it surpassed the data limit, the speed was still fine. You can use it for one day and charge it when u go back to accomodation. I opted to pick up at KLIA2, they have new dedicated counter near departure hall which ease customer to pick up and return. The process was really easy!!
After arriving at Taoyuan Airport, we straight directly to Taichung to visit some of it's spots and to see cherry blossoms as well and of course to kill time since our check-in must be 3pm onwards in Taipei. The ride going back to Taipei is truely fast and convenient. I actually want to go back to Taichung in a couple of days using this bullet train since it was really really convenient! highly recommended!
A bit difficult to find the shop. Please go to the bus taxi pickup area at KLIA2. It doesn't have any stall so you need to find the banner saying Roaming Man. We bought the WiFi for Korea and the internet was bad at the airport, but is good at the rest of Korea.
Best wifi rental available if you’re traveling from Malaysia. Just be informed that you need to prepare another RM 100 for deposit, but you can claim it back easily after you’re done. The Wifi? The best I’ve used so far. 16 hours was more than enough for me and my family traveling by cars around Central Japan. Very recommended!

This pocket wifi is my life during my travel time in seoul! It helping me so much, i can say that the internet was really good but sometime have a line problem but it just like 5 minute only so dont worry! You guys can have this when travel to korea, i suggested this!! It can use the whole day! Even when the quota rich the limit the line still good!
