*We are thoroughly taking countermeasures against the coronavirus under the below

• Before starting the tour, we will disinfect the inside of the vehicle
• Driver and guide are encouraged to wash their hands, gargle, and thoroughly manage their physical condition
• The driver and guide wear a mask during the tour
• We are frequently in the vehicle

Our Requests for our Guests

• To prevent infectious diseases, some facilities cannot be entered without wearing a mask. Please wear a mask in advance and participate in the tour
• Please wear a mask and refrain from eating, drinking, and talking in a loud voice in the vehicle
• We will always replace the air in the vehicle during the tour
• Please kindly take all the garbage with you in the vehicle to prevent the infection of the driver and guide
• Please arrive at the meeting spot on time
• Please notice that might be crowded sightseeing spots during weekends, holidays, and events
• No refunds will be issued in case the customer doesn't show up at the meeting spot on time
• We will fully refund you in case the tour is canceled due to extreme situations such as typhoons and other natural disasters
• As it is stipulated by the law of Japan, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus
• No smoking inside the vehicle
• Please do not stand up or walk while the vehicle is running
• All items left in the vehicle will be disposed of by our company
• Please kindly manage your valuable belongings by yourself
• This tour is a door-to-door service. Please tell us your hotel information in Osaka city or Kyoto city area. Pick-up and drop-off places could be arranged according to your convenience
• The estimated pick-up time is 8:00 am from the Osaka area, and 9:00 am from the Kyoto area
• Approximate time is for 9 hours departing from Kyoto, 11 hours departing from Osaka
• You can make your own schedule. Please tell us where you want to go
