Singapore - Malacca Hotel & Bus Package by WTS Travel

it was a wonderful trip. We enjoyed great discount from Klook bundle deal. The coaches were clean and the drivers were quite careful. They did not speed even though they were running late. The coach company needs to be ensure that their staff communicate with the passengers diligently about the pick up time, esp when there is a delay. The hotel stay was superb. Clean, comfortable and cozy room. Friendly and helpful staff. Sumptuous buffet breakfast. Free shuttle bus to Jonker and Palawan on weekends.

The travel was smooth and comfortable. The bus was on time and spacious. It made the travel back to Singapore pleasant.

Location to bus was easy to find and bus was clean and comfortable. Driver was also very friendly but it would have been better if driver is familiar with the roads in Malaysia so we get to our destination on time. Nevertheless, would book with Klook again :)

Perfect for a short trip out of Singapore. Only downside was the limited leg space on the bus when we were seated at the last row. Worth the price as package included bus to & fro Melaka, yummy breakfast & hotel stay.

Coach was on time and coordinator was helpful in sending text messages to inform us on bus number. But there could be further improvements made on the cleanliness of the bus.

Spacious leg room. Back rest went low enough for you to sleep comfortably. Journey was smooth and fast.

it was great that there was a pitstop halfway through the journey for some food and a restroom break. plus points for the very engaging and friendly Malaysian Indian guide (can’t recall his name), who excitedly shared about the city and his recommendations

Very comfy seats in bus. Pickup time was on schedule. Staff helped ease any travel anxiety too. There was a staff member who helped manage administrative matters on the way to Malacca. Bus driver also waited and looked out for all passengers at the checkpoint. Overall good experience

The meeting point at Tampines Hub which is near my house. This is very convenient. The whole journey safe and comfortable. There was a stop at Yong Ping for breakfast and toilet.
