great service and staff very smooth however you must also double check your luggages because mine was put in the other compartment so luckily we had to open all in order to check where is my missing luggage

we had a great experience! the staffs were very helpful! they greeted you and lift your luggages from our grab as soon as we arrived. the waiting area was clean and comfortable. the staffs alerted us when our bus was ready to go. they made us hassle free. the bus experience was great! they made a few stops for breaks. the joirney took around 6 hours. when we arrived at da lat, they even provide us with bus to our hotel. Highly recommended to use this sleeping bus!

The night bus journey from Ho Chi Minh to Da Lat was typically smooth and convenient, offering luxury services. The punctuality and cleanliness was top notch. The best part they have also dropped us to hotel location without any extra charge and entire staff is professional, very friendly and they also took care of our luggage but applying the stickers so that luggage don't get misplaced.

Before this, I rode another bass. It's small but cheap. But this one is really satisfying. If you have children, it's comfortable to share the seat. It's spacious so it's comfortable for long trips. Pom staff is very helpful when I can't find the check point. They arrange for pick up at the hotel.

i requested for lower bunks as we are traveling with my elderly and klook management helped to get lower bunk for us with later timing. very grateful on this. the sleeper bus is spacious and comfortable, 2 small minerals water sre provided. the mattress has massage functions and the blanket are silk? sooo comfortable. loved it! the driver will stop a few times for toilet breaks. when we reached our destination, they provide us with some breakfast. toilets with bidet are available at station. wifi are available too. for HCM statiom, theres 7 eleven nearby in case youre looking for some refreshment. some of the snacks have halal certificate and there are also boiled eggs sold there. good experience

what a nice trip with this sleeping bus. we took 6 hours only to get dalat. i was sleeping so i didnt know about the stop. but the only thing you should know that the drive drop us off not in the bus station so we had to walk about 5 minutes to get the station well, they provide us with blanket, water, and pillow. it was so comfortable. they also can take us to the hostel you visit, just tell the staff.

the staff are helpful especially in carrying our luggages. the bus is clean. they have a lounge wherein you can stay while waiting for the bus. they also have free food.

the seat is very wide.. you can buy 1 ticket for 2 people if you want to save money.. but I took the seat for 1 person.. he please lift all the bags and bring them down.. best service..
