I left my phone on bus and the driver hand it back to the hotel where im staying.
The driver was cautious while driving and even pointed out moose along the road for us.

bus journey was smooth. the problem was that with such a wide window given for pickup (12-2 pm. landed at 12.25 pm and got picked up at 1.50 pm), and the inability to get through to the hotline of Visit Abisko, it can get quite frustrating for customers

Their service is punctual and good, but Klook booking coordination needs to be better.
Drivers are very nice and friendly! However, the booking system of Klook DID NOT fill in the correct passenger numbers for the registration of Visit Abisko. I booked and paid for two passengers, but the driver showed us the registration system which clearly stated that there is only one passenger. Disappointed but acceptable customer experience.

The transfer was seamless and easy. Scheduled time was 6:45 am but the bus arrived around 7:05 am. None the less we arrived in Kiruna Airport with ample time in hand.
The activity itself is very good. It is very convenient to have a shuttle bus to the airport. However, the documents sent by KLOOK are written in the collection place "Abisko Research station". I can't find such a place, and I wrote it at the restaurant. I had to call and ask. The local supplier, later said that it was gathered at the entrance of the hotel, a false alarm.
